Review of Shantala Lodge

Overall average lodge. Location is very good. But...... No Room Service Most of the times no body is at the reception to attend the customers We stayed 4 days. But no fresh towels were given every day No bath stool provided in bath room. Blankets and bed/bed covers not clean. The irony is when asked for fresh towels as it will be given in all lodges for stay of more than one day, the receptionist told it is not a standard hotel to give fresh towels every day. The receptionist himself agrees it is not a standard Lodge. So I don't recommend this lodge

After booking in Agoda, property owner told no rooms available, and my money went in vain. folks please be care full while using this kind of apps. And no proper support from customer care. utterly disappointed.
