• In order to make your experience enjoyable and to preserve our place clean and sound for future

• guests, Lucia’s Place would like to ask you for your kind cooperation in observing the following

• House rules:

• 1. Our facility is connected to the Internet via high speed connectivity.

• 2. Garden seating and a Roof deck, are also available for our respective guests. Karaoke can be

• rented at P 300 per day. Please let us know if you need any assistance.

• 3. Room price is w/o breakfast. Breakfast is available upon request with additional charge P300

• per guest (menu is placed on chest drawer).

• 4. Extra housekeeping and laundry are available upon request with additional charge.

• 5. Leave your shoes outside the room (very important for hygienic reason).

• 6. Do not flush the tissue or sanitary napkins in the toilet bowl, and kindly avoid the floor from

• becoming wet in the CR.

• 7. Please inform us, if shower drain strainer is clogged by hair. We will clean it.

• 8. When leaving the room, please turn off the TV, lights, A/C and lock the door. Also, turn off

• the porch light before going to sleep.

• 9. Motorized gate closing automatically in 20 second if no obstruction is detected between

• sensors. Please keep it in mind to avoid damages of your vehicle.

• 10. Do not use lampshade USB power source for charging as it can damage your device.

• 11. Please observe No smoking policy in the room however, smoking is possible anywhere

• outdoor. Please do not litter cigarette butts or thresh around.

• 12. When cooking, please switch ON the range hood. The gas tank regulator has safety breaker,

• no need to close the cylinder valve after cooking.

• 13. Do not dispose used cooking oil into sink. Please collect it in a bottle with sticker "Used Oil"

• which is inside cabinet.

• 14. Kindly inform us if planning to welcome visitors. The visitors should present their ID for

• safety reason.

• 15. Fur parents should ensure that their pets wear diaper or are placed in cage inside the room

• in order to avoid furniture damages and keep room cleanness. Cat toilet is available upon

• request. Please do not leave the waste of your pet in garden, kindly pick it and dispose it in a

• waste bin.

• 16. Any damage of the property will be subject of an additional charge.

• 17. In case of brownout a standby generator is available however, DO NOT TURN ON HOT

• WATER TAP in the bathroom as it causes the generator breaker trip. The generator

• operates from 7 AM to 12 AM and may be off during night silence hours.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any question or need help. You can message me or
