DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT! The owner is a scammer and completely unresponsive! I paid ₱800+ through Agoda to book this unit, but when I arrived for check-in, the front desk informed me that I needed to pay an additional ₱1,500 because the price on Agoda was supposedly a mistake. I was never informed about this beforehand, and the owner ignored all my messages and calls. As a result, I wasn’t allowed to enter the unit despite already paying through Agoda.

comfy and accessible

very accessible - walking distance to the mall comfortable - big space cons: parking issue. can not pre-book a parking space. cons: cupboards and cabinets smells foul, dirty, kulob or old. cons: swimming is not free, when other condos have 2 free passes.

rude unit owner

dont book this unit. when we arrived in the condo, we were informed that we were assigned to a different unit instead. *arrived late from hospital check-ups. Owner said the unit (1B 926) is "too cheap" for us to have it so she moved us to a different unit (studio). it is not our fault that agoda confirmed this booking for that price. giving a very low rate because we somehow felt that we were looked-down fo availing a cheap price for a 1B unit.
