The family room is spacy and bright enough for 3 persons. Also has a balcony. The location is quiet, in the morning you can have breakfast of soto or nasi kuning just across the street and on the left neighbour. There are parking lot, even it's not much, 3-4 cars plus motors. Worth the money. The only minus is bathroom cleanliness, you can actually clean the bathroom easily, cause it's new, just brush it often please. And also spend a bit for insecticide spray, and spray it regularly.

I booked this for my parents as they arrived quite late at night. For the value of the money, it was very much worth it. Clean, comfortable, with working AC and hot shower, it felt like they're home.
