This house is a 1 bedroom house. The living room, kitchen are clean. Location is not easy to find, there is no house number but I was lucky as I saw that it is only the house with the lock box. There is no refrigerator, there is only a small mirror from the bathroom. And no hot water. Fortunately the weather was hot so I didnt mind the cold shower. The road into the house is narrow, so get a small car. There is a McDonalds and a grocery store within a 1km radius.

1. Check-in time starts at 2 P.M. Check out time is before 12 P.M. Late check-outs will incur a penalty of RM 30 per hour.
2. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, non-halal food, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the property.
3. Please help us maintain the cleanliness, wash the dishes after cooking, and properly disposing of trash in the bins provided.
4. Please save energy by switching off unused air conditioners, fans, and lights.

Kekurangan kemudahan dapur seperti tiada plastik sampah, tiada cecair pencuci baju, dan tuala tak mencukupi. Keadaan rumah agak bersih. Peti sejuk bukan jenis yg biasa tetapi jenis sejuk beku. Nak simpan buah terus jadi beku. Saya harap dimasa depan pemilik rumah dapat memperbaiki lagi kemudahan2 di dalam rumah supaya penyewa dapat berpuas hati untuk menyewa disitu. Overall just ok 👌
