• - no pets and durian in the house (violation of the above rules will incur penalty of rm200)

• - Holding a party private event/wedding ceremony without any prior notice will be penalty of RM500

• - kindly utilise with care the house hold equipment and electronic devices. any damage and loss will be charged to the guest.

• - guest are required to switch off all electricity, lights, air cond when away from home. violation of the rules will incur a penalty of rm100

• - check out late will be charged rm25 per hour (for extension based on availability)

• - cleanliness of homestay is to be observed all the time

• - wash own dishes after eating

• During the stay, the host or management will not be responsible of any accident, death, injuries, loss or damage of personal belongings.

• Pls acknowledge the host of u host any events.

• - lost of access card, remote control, and keys will be incur a penalty of rm250 .

• House rules:

• any damage/missing items will be charged to the guest (refer our inventory and inspection list.)

• - any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and appropriate actions will be taken.

• -strictly no smoking inside the house. violation of the rules will incur a penalty of rm250

• -Rm150 damage deposit will be collected upon check in and returned upon check out to protect against damage and missing items. pls take care of the property and surrounding area clean and tidy.
