• 1. NO PETS ALLOWED: We love pets but we won't allow entry of pets of any kind and size.

• 2. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT: Since we are hosting kids and guests who do not smoke, please do not smoke inside the unit (or even inside the restroom). You may however do it in any open area.

• 3. NO DRINKING OF LIQUOR. Since this is a Christian owned home, we won't allow drinking of any intoxicating drinks.

• 4. NO TOO MUCH NOISE AT NIGHT : Pls. avoid too much noise at night since this a residential building and there might be neighbors resting already. We encourage peaceful co-habitation.

• 5. TURN OFF ALL APPLIANCES IN YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU LEAVE : It is always a good habit to turn off all electric powered devices and appliances to help save electricity and to prevent fire.

• 6. WASH YOUR USED DISHES : Please feel free to use our cook wares and eat utensils but please be darling and kindly wash them after using them, especially before checking out.

• 7. BE HONEST AND INFORM US OF ANY DAMAGE : We will appreciate if you can inform us in advance if you damage or lost anything, or something was not working during your stay. This will make our life easier as it is difficult to troubleshoot something when other guests have already arrived.

• 8. USE OF SHOWER DOWNSTAIRS: If you find it inconvenient to use the handheld shower at the hot tub or hot tub Jacuzzi, please feel free to use the shower room downstairs. Please let us know your preference in advance so that we can better assist you.

• Note*** Check in details will be provided a day before your arrival. We are doing our best to provide a safe, clean, sanitized, well maintained unit for you and your family/group. We aspire to be a Top Host someday! We hope you can help us reach this goal, and leave us positive feedback .
