Superb location, very close to the iron bridge. Friendly welcoming staff on arrival and stayed in a lovely room with a river view. Full English delicious breakfast served by attentive, polite and efficient staff. A 40 min parking zone close to hotel enabled easy transfer of luggage into hotel, and overnight parking approx 200 metres down the road was cheap and convenient. Would recommend.

I made a last minute decision to stay in Ironbridge and this was one of the best value options available but surpassed all expectations. The rooms were in a building attached to the pub and restaurant and were stylish and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable, shower was large and there were quality toiletries. It was a very warm evening due to a heatwave but the decent portable fan did a good job. Breakfast was included and served from 9-10am. There was a selection of cereals, yoghurt, orange juice and a full English breakfast. They were happy to amend the breakfast to suit eg. eggs on toast or a veggie option. Every staff member I met was cheerful, helpful and went above and beyond. The stay was very good value for the quality of the room and breakfast. If I could make one comment it would have been my preference to have breakfast earlier (8am) but I realise many staying for the weekend may prefer the later option. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were excellent, both evening and morning, couldn't have done more. Bed was comfortable so had a good night's sleep. Room was spacious,and the shower was fab, great water pressure. Would absolutely stay again, thank.you.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, lovely room, friendly and helpful staff and fantastic food. Would stay again!
