I stayed here for two days and have outlined my pros and cons based on my experience. Pros: Convenient Location – Raja Seat, shopping centers, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Supportive Staff – The caretaker is attentive and available at all times. TV Access – A television is provided and connected to Wi-Fi. I used it primarily for YouTube streaming, which worked smoothly. Cons: Hot Water Accessibility – An instant hot water geyser is installed; however, it is not directly connected to the tap. Instead, a loose pipe is used for hot water access. Room View & Transparency – I was assigned a Lower Ground room with no view, as the window faces a wall. It would be helpful if room photos and pricing were updated on all booking platforms to ensure transparency regarding view and space availability, preventing post-check-in disappointment. Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues – While Wi-Fi is available, the signal becomes inaccessible inside the room, particularly for mobile usage. Lighting & Pest Concerns – No bedside light is provided. Additionally, cockroaches and snails were present in the room. However, after informing the staff, they promptly cleaned the space. Cleanliness Concerns – The bedsheets and pillow covers had a noticeable odor, raising concerns about whether they were properly washed. (I always carry my own bedsheet as a precaution.) Noise Levels – A school and playground are located nearby, making the area slightly noisy until late evening.

First of all this is NOT A HOTEL. It’s a Homestay. No professional staff. Lot of issues in the bathroom. Water flow very slow. Toilet seat was loose. The health faucet wouldn’t stop spraying water even when not pressed. No plumber to fix these issues and I had to adjust with these for 2+ days. 2 or 3 times power went off for 10 to 15 minutes, but caretaker said generator was faulty and not working. If these issues are sorted out, I would then recommend people to stay here. But if not, I would not recommend staying at this place. The rooms were however big enough and neat. I booked with breakfast but the caretaker had no knowledge about any breakfast. But the owner did refund my expenses for breakfast for both days later.

Value for money

They did not provide Amenities during checkin time .Everything needs to ask like water bottle, bath soap and towels . Parking space also congested .Disappointed for the service.
