Lumina Villa ( 4 Jalan Mohd Amin 1)
The Villa is nice place to stay. Staff are ok. Prompt to say will address to your needs. Things to improve and must ensure (basic things require to be working when customer checks in): - needed to contact Maintenance to resolve WiFi connection at 3.15pm; - needed to contact Maintenance to resolve electrical issue as air-con and fan was not working at level 2, 3 and ground floor bedroom (checked in FRI, maintenance guy, came to resolve 7pm+ . Issue was highlighted at 3.30pm; - needed to contact Maintenance to solve stove issue at 3.30pm (took more than 1 hour to come by). - shared toilet at level 2, plumber tried to resolve still unresolved. When you flush smelly water spreads on the floor. Water choke issue. Unacceptable standards. - All toilets shower pressure low, less water for shower. Unacceptable. - cleanliness need to improve. Not too acceptable standard. Walls had dirts and not cleaned. - quick to collect 1000 RM deposit when all issues were still pending. Overall, place is ok but all the above issues require to be rectified! Thanks.
