Inova Zagreb

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our stay. Everything was top-notch: Service: The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and always helpful. Cleanliness: The room and facilities were kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Amenities: The shower was fantastic—great hot water and excellent water pressure. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room wonderfully cool. Breakfast: A special shoutout to the chef for making such delicious meals!

A wonderful boutique hotel with an amazingly welcoming team! When we made enquiries before our arrival, they replied promptly and were helpful. Special thanks to Neven at reception, who is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and cheerful. He and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home. Because we were celebrating my daughter's birthday during our stay, Neven went above and beyond by preparing a big, delicious complimentary cake, special gifts, and even buying birthday candles for her. It exceeded all our expectations, gave us a special taste of Croatian hospitality, and added so much joy to our trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location—right opposite to the bus station and within walking distance of local attractions. Highly recommended!
