THE CLOUD KINABALU- R3 R4

Actually, three of my teenage children stayed here on the same dates while my wife and I stayed elsewhere. This was because I made my booking a bit late and most places were already fully booked. The place is located on a fairly steep hillside, and driving up can be a bit challenging. However, the view is truly beautiful — Mount Kinabalu is clearly visible when there is no fog. The place also offers facilities like glamping. Highly recommended for other guests.

The cloud kinabalu, truly a breathtaking destination! The cool, fresh air combined with the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu made my trip unforgettable. Loved the rooftop, cant eat there while looking at the scenery. I loved visiting the Desa Dairy Farm, nearby it felt like stepping into New Zealand with all the cows and green fields. The vegetables and strawberries were fresh and delicious too! However, the roads leading up to Kundasang were quite winding and a little rough, so I recommend driving carefully. Overall, this Homestay is a perfect getaway for anyone who loves nature, peace, and cool weather. Good for ootd & child to play around! I can’t wait to visit again!

Room without air condition , kitchen need extra paid for Rm50/day

The property exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The location was perfect facing the mount. Kinabalu view. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The room size, bathroom, and quality of sleep were exceptional. Overall, a superb choice for families with young children.

Family with one kid and one infant. Cons: Kitchen & indoor table next door not accessible unless pay RM50 to unlock door. The place is hot during the day, inadequate ventilation. Night as cold as other areas near the town. It was raining and we had no chair or table to eat our takeout meals, so we had to eat on the floor. Will get fined if food on bed. Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spotless clean. My son enjoyed climbing the double bunk bed. Book directly from the property website for cheaper rates. And I recommend the Glamping unit, with airconditioning.
