윈덤 타시켄트

I had an overall pleasant stay at Wyndham Tashkent. The location is very convenient, and the breakfast selection was excellent — definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. However, I experienced an issue during check-in. I had booked a Deluxe Room, but was initially assigned a Standard Room without any prior explanation. I only realized the downgrade after entering the room. When I returned to reception, I was informed that no Deluxe rooms were available at the time. While I understand availability constraints, this should have been communicated clearly upfront. Ideally, an upgrade or alternative solution should have been offered instead of a silent downgrade. Another point I did not like is the hotel’s policy regarding visitors. During my stay, it was not allowed for any guests to visit me — whether a brother, friend, or colleague. I found this rule to be quite strict and unusual, and it may be inconvenient for business or personal travelers. On a positive note, another receptionist (a very professional and helpful lady) handled the situation well. She relocated me to a Deluxe Room, provided a complimentary fruit basket, and arranged a free airport transfer, which I truly appreciated. Despite these issues, I like the hotel overall and will continue to stay here whenever I visit Tashkent if i do not expect any guests.

시내 한복판에 있어서 접근성이 좋고 가격대비 가성비가 좋은 호텔입니다.

Bed condition was very bed. They did not pay attention inspite of hotel being empty. Room I booked was deluxe king and they gave me lower category .

Rooms are large, but decor old and faded, needs updating. Good location, near shops and restaurants. Great swimming pool and spa. Gloria Jean's coffee in the lobby a nice addition. Reception staff are very helpful. But breakfast disappointing - foods on buffet aren't even warm, nobody was ever in attendance at egg station, food runs out snd isnt replenished, and staff were unhelpful.
