Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality

I had a very pleasant stay at Achilty Guest House. The location was excellent and convenient, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hot water worked well, and the overall facilities were well maintained. The stay offered great value for money, and I would happily recommend this guest house to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was good. Breakfast was exceptional for continental breakfast. Friendly helpful reception

Exceptional

We were a bit worried that if we are checking in too late the place might close but when we saw the location we understood the late check-in policy makes sense. The location is beautiful and is very close to a Loch. Unfortunately the night was cloudy, else we could have done some night sky photography.

Overnight stay

Achilty is good for a one night stay but I’d suggest not for a longer holiday unless you’re just looking for a bed. We only met one member of staff, he was very friendly and looked after us very well. The buffet breakfast was very good with a comprehensive selection of breakfast foods including an egg boiler with a selection of organic eggs.
