From the moment I entered the hotel, I sensed the depth of the place's history; it was truly one of the most beautiful spots I have encountered in my travels around the world. The hotel features unique details that evoke a bygone era of Romanian history—a fact often overlooked is that the property is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The hotel manager is a wonderful woman; I was traveling with a male friend, and although we had unfortunately booked a double bed, she managed to switch us to a twin room after we explained the situation. I also cannot forget one of the hotel's finest staff members—the driver who parked my car in the lot beneath the citadel where the hotel is located. He truly embodied the noble character of Romanian men by helping us through a critical, urgent situation we faced right after leaving Sighișoara. It is truly a dream-like place to stay, and I look forward to returning one day.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. Thoroughly recommend eating dinner at the restaurant. Food is fantastic. Breakfast amazing!
