What I loved most about this apartelle is its location. It is just one ride away from downtown and both the North and South terminals. The highway is visible as soon as you step outside, and Primark Mall and the local market (talipapa) are within walking distance. The staff are very accommodating, courteous, and respectful. Our unit (1-bedroom with a living room and kitchen) was spacious and airy, and we especially liked the floor-to-ceiling mirror in the living area. They also provide a free daily breakfast, though the selection is limited and consists mostly of fried foods. We truly appreciated the convenient location and the excellent service provided by their courteous staff. However, there were several issues in our unit that hindered our experience: Facilities: The hot shower was non-functional for the duration of our stay. As we were traveling with a senior during the rainy season, this was a significant health and comfort concern. Security: One of the door locks was defective. While we were told to use the secondary lock, we would have felt more secure if the primary lock had been repaired. Maintenance: We noticed mold on the walls and ceiling, as well as a water leak from the aircon wall that reached the bedroom floor and causes minor flooding. The stains on the kitchen walls and the clutter outside the bedroom window also detracted from the overall experience. While the area thankfully doesn't flood during a typhoon, the interior issues made our stay less comfortable than expected. We believe the property has great potential given its location and staff. We hope these maintenance issues are addressed for the benefit of future guests.

Great Location, maintenance issues could be better

They have PVC door so your private conversation can be heard outside. The toilet door is blocked by the cabinet so you have to do your ninja move to get inside.

Great Stay
Easy access to parking. Staff are friendly and attentive. Facilities are good overall, though there is a need for some slight improvements.
