The Clio 2 ,beside ioi citymall, serdang hospital- 8.036명 평가
Great host to communicate with, quick responses and clear guidance to check in and out. Peace and quiet area to stay, close to mall and convenient commute. Anyhow not many residents in the building. Overall staying experience just fine with some amenities that were wore out, towel smelt damp, heater in one bathroom wasn’t functioning. Hopefully the host can have more touch ups on maintenance for better guest experience.

Mediocre staying experience

If possible, choose other homestay
I stayed at this unit in Clio 2 Residence from 3–5 July, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The listing looked much better than the actual condition of the unit. Here are the main issues I encountered: ⭐ Kitchen The electric stove is very old, and the buttons are extremely hard to press. The cooking utensils are worn out. The pan and pot look burnt and poorly maintained, and they gave off a strong BBQ/burnt smell when cooking. Only 1 dustbin with 3bedrooms, need to control rubbish production rate strictly. ⭐ Bathroom The hair dryer was unbelievably loud—it sounded more like industrial machinery than a hair dryer. I wasn't sure if I was drying my hair or grilling my scalp. The ironing board has so many holes that it deserves a fashion show. Definitely not in good condition. The water heater is outdated, with a very basic shower head. Don't expect a comfortable or relaxing shower experience. No where to hang your clothes and towel, stressed! ⭐ Bedroom The air conditioner worked, but it wasn't cool enough to keep the room comfortable. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, and I woke up with body aches the next morning. ⭐ Living Room For a 3-bedroom unit, providing only a tiny 2-seater sofa is disappointing. Unless everyone is on a strict diet and can squeeze together, most guests will end up having a picnic on the floor. Overall, the unit feels old and lacks proper maintenance. Many of the furnishings and appliances should be repaired or replaced. With some investment in upgrading the facilities, this could be a much better place to stay. Until then, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable homestay.
