• - Kindly be mindful of the property's location and keep doors and windows closed during the monsoon season to prevent bugs and insects from entering.

• - Guests are not allowed to pluck flowers, fruits, or leaves from the garden; any damage may incur a penalty.

• - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

• - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• - Guests are requested not to venture around the transformer.

• - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available till 11 PM.

• - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.

• - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• POLICIES

• - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• - The property is located in a secluded area.

• - In case of a power outage, the 62. 5 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 10 hours.

• - This is not a pet-friendly property.

• - This is a standalone property.

• - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.

• - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

• - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
