Caribbean Hotel Santo Domingo

I booked with price twin bed room but hotel was full so they gave me transfer voucher for other Hotel and that hotel chargers me 60 Dollars extra. However; Hotel manager told me that the other will receive me with same price and same service

The last at front desk is very very rude .she was banging st my door at 10:57 am for Me to leave. Agoda check out time says 12:30 .I told her and she didn't care . for breakfast its butter on a bread roll and coffee. The rooms have mold on the walls and a lot of bugs. I wouldn't even want my dog to sleep there.and last they turn the water off a lot so sometimes you. won't have water to use. And it's no hot water. You will take ice cold showers.

I booked for 7 nights looking at the photo and when arrived at the property I was said that the room is not available and the hotel book me to another hotel and the another hotel was ok named as hotel renacer

It has already been noted.. they work hard with a fully depreciated hotel..
