The room was spacious and clean and had all facilities like AC, TV, Kettle, Cupboard, locker, table and chairs. They are providing complimentary breakfast which is also good. Only thing that I would like to bring attention to hotel staff is room cleaning for every day. We stayed for three days and the room was not cleaned until we check out. Due to this, our room got messy and we felt little discomfort. Even though we informed reception staff multiple times, it was not taken into action which is the only minus that I see in this hotel. So please give more attention to cleaning guest's room on daily basis. Apart from that, it was great stay with all facilities at very economical price.

Good stay at Cheap price

Great Value and Excellent Staff, but Be Aware of Location, Early Check-In Policy, and Facilities
We stayed as a group of 5 adults and 3 kids for 3 nights in two Deluxe Family Rooms, costing about ₹9,600 total—excellent value for the space and comfort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and family-friendly, with a large mirror, wardrobe, kettle with tea/coffee/milk sachets, and a proper work desk with a universal laptop socket. Staff were outstanding: very polite, helped quickly each time we locked the key card inside, printed our train ticket for free, and safely stored our luggage after checkout. Breakfast was decent but repeated daily. The hotel is 3.2 km from Nagercoil station and 1 km inside from the main road, so autos are needed. Facilities are basic—the lift goes only to the 3rd floor while dining is on the 4th, and drinking water is only on the ground floor. We were also charged for early check-in despite a 24-hour check-in highlight. Overall, great value and excellent staff, with a few convenience limitations to keep in mind.

Good hotel with friendly staff and close to the town
We stayed here for a day in Nagercoil. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed linen in our room was old and faded with spots. Nothing else stood out in a bad way.
