Check in says 3pm when you get there it’s 4pm. This is not a hotel it’s an air B&B type system. Self check in is long winded and a bit of a nightmare if you are not used to this. You need ID, you need to pay insurance per guest which is an extra £9.50/pp none of which is stated. Our room was one of two in a very small dark apartment. It smelled and was not clean. I’m not sure where the pictures were taken but certainly not what you get.

As titles says, no bin in the room, check in was a nightmare. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING the other rooms are doing too

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They charge a secret booking fee that is not stated anywhere prior to booking. You have to go through an AI chatbot there is no reception or real phone number to call as they both say number unavailable. They make you pay £5 booking fee per person and the 4pm check in is not true. They said we would receive our code at 4 we didn’t i had to beg and plead to receive it at all. When we arrived there was a crowd of people sat with baggage waiting to receive the door codes over an hour after advertised check in time. The stress of this place is not worth it. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the room was dirty. There was a class A substance all over one of the units so obviously the room had not been properly cleaned.

There is not a single member of staff on site. Dirty paper on the door tells you to contact the AI reception team via WhatsApp and pay another £3 for no reason. Waiting hours for door codes. Room had old milk containers in it. Facilities downright poor. Hotel was full of screaming and swearing and shouting until 4am. Booked two nights and barely lasted one, woke up to massive bags of rubbish in hallway. Left immediately. Requested refund and got ignored and blocked. I hope this place is shut down.

Me and my partner booked this property referencing the photos they put up on line. Lovely 4 poster beds, light clean and trendy rooms. We got there and couldn’t have been further from it. On arrival before we even entered the property a couple came storming out telling us we shouldn’t even bother entering. We had already paid and wanted to see what the disappointed was about. They exited the building. We had to check in using a QR code and had to pay £10 for a security deposit that we didn’t know about to be aloud the pin to ‘our luxury room’ we thought. Got our pin and the room was situated in a basement. A damp wet mouldy worn dirty basement. Entered the room we were meant to be staying in and was even worse. There was frosted film up at the windows but where it was so damp in there they had come away from the windows. The windows backed on to a court yard with cameras looking straight in to the room. Dehumidifiers in every corner along with an oil filled radiator with the wire across the room. My partner is 6,4 and the shower wouldn’t even be able to fit his leg in it I’m sure. WE WERE IN THIS PROPERTY FOR LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!! It was so awful and wouldn’t put a dog in it. We immediately asked for a change of room over the WhatsApp as there was no other way to contact the property. First few messages they replied to saying they would get back to us shortly and sort something out for us for the night. Hours went by, asked for a refund so we could get another accommodation and we are both blocked on the business chat and the numbers for the property online didn’t even ring. By this time we are gutted that a nice night away turned in to a nightmare and a waste of money. The room was £** plus the unknown £** we had to pay on arrival and would not recommend. I have had two calls with Agoda the website we booked this from and even they can’t get in contact with the property. So it’s very unlikely we will ever get our money back. This is beyond unfair and we really aren’t the first people they have scammed. I will be taking this further and taking it to building standards. So please if you’ve read up until now DO NOT EVEN BOTHER, ITS A SCAM.
