Bilik ok..2 bilik besar...katil ade 4...sesuai untuk bawak family ramai,ada arcade game untuk kanak2 dan bapak budak main...wifi laju,tv box pun ada cuma kerap lagging,YouTube asik crash,ada peti ais,water dispenser which is good,cume mesin basuh dgn microwave takde...agak hampa di situ,deposit 200 kena bagi sebelum diberi instructions utk check in...pulang balik selepas check out... facility ok,kolam renang ade playground,ade cafe tp utk public holiday servis agak slow,staf tak cukup kot,lift kalau nk check out kena berebut sikit time2 public holiday,kalau lambat check out kena tambah RM50 huhuhu... overall just ok 🙂

Overall is value for Family stay ,, 2 bedroom 2 king size bed,,, facilities Fully equipped ,, very nearest to Jonker Street about 40mins.Thee are many restaurants down stairs, and they're clean, but small cockroaches appear at night, which is scary 😨😨 Also the elevator wait is incredibly long, at least 40minutes and so Hot. For unit with only 4 elevators. I don't understand why wait so long even on weekdays. Since it's during School holidays 🤦🤦 I suggest the Management pay attention to the cockroaches in the Unit..

Overall experience during our stay is pretty much excellent! Check-in/check-out time was smooth! We were given a clear detail of instruction before and after our stay as well as provided with a video to make it much more easier to understand, just follow all the instruction given accordingly and you'll be good! The room is quite spacious for total of 2 adults with 3 kids, don't have to be worried about space for bed since there's a 2 queen bed set-up side by side, a bath tub place in the living area and next to the window is quite the perfect spot to enjoy bath while seeing the seaview is something that you can never experienced where else with such price! A possible return in the future is pretty much likely! Recommended 👍🏻

Loves the location of this residence; walking distance to the shophouses yet peaceful. Easy check-in; complete with ktv, table soccer and video games in room to keep the kids entertained.

The bathroom in the master bedroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, which we were told was a building-wide issue. A few suggestions for improvement: consider providing a basic steam iron, our daughter’s birthday dress was damaged by the budget iron from Mr. DIY. It would also be helpful to give a heads-up on Agoda that a RM200 security deposit and an additional RM200 deposit for the pool table are required. The lift in the building is very slow, and the parking area is poorly lit and quite unsettling. Communication with the security guard at the lobby was challenging as they didn’t understand English well. WiFi in the room was quite slow too. On the positive side, purified Cuckoo water was provided, which was convenient for our family. The unit also had a fridge and a few basic utensils, which were helpful during our stay.
