Hotel is decent with a beautiful location and very close to central fort william (5mins by car) and a good one night pit stop if you are heading for highlands next day. Rooms are okay clean but my room didnt have any plug near bed , there was only one near wardrobe/tv cabinet and in this time and age charging multiple devices becomes tricky with only one port. Breakfast and dinner both are nice. You can consider it

We just spent 3 days at the hotel, staff were very helpful the room was OK although I have to admit there was a permanent musty smell which isn't unusual in many 3* hotels in this area. The food was very good value, tasty and plentiful. Our room was serviced every day which could be considered a little excessive by some especiallywhen the staff start thumpingup and down the corridor at 0730 on a Sunday morning, fortunately we are early risers. Our only criticism was that smokers constantly occupy the main entrance to the hotel which we found a little uncomfortable.

Booked as a Couple as part of a round Highlands travelling trip, as I knew it had good parking. It sits a mile or two south of Fort William Town Centre proper, but has lovely views straight across the road to Loch Linnhe, and is on the main A82 road, ready for an easy onward departure the next morning. We managed to secure an excellent rate with Breakfast included, being quiet in early February. The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was ideal for heading off to the next destination in the morning. I just wish the Bespoke Hotels brand in Scotland would include Haggis on the Breakfast offering, as none of them seem to do so, and it's not a Scottish Breakfast if there's no haggis.

Good stay. Basic but great location as we were visiting Loch Lomond and Glencoe. Basic tv - could be doing with an upgrade of a smart tv.

Hotel is located just outside of the main town area and has amazing views from the dining hall and entrance. The room was however dated and facilities were not well-maintained.
