Stopped here for the night. Was great for nec. However not much toilet roll!

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast very good and the spa and pool a very well appointed place to relax. The restaurant too was very good and the opening times very acceptable. All in all we found the hotel to be very good value, not expensive , well located near just off the M40, with easy access to both Birmingham and Coventry

Stayed here as was attending a show at the NEC great location and very helpful reception staff on arrival. Great value room however the bathroom could have had a bit of a deeper clean. Great water pressure. Eat out first night at Resports world (easy walk) . Eat in on the second restaurant wasn’t very busy food good quality, unfortunately the staff were not as attentive as they could have been. Didn’t have an impact the meal but they could have done better and maybe got more out of us. All in all a good stay not a great stay.

Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Room are a good size and very clean and topped up with tea coffee water hot chocolate biscuits and milk daily , thank you too the ladies looked after the rooms they were so helpful. The cooked breakfast was very good the continental was lacking and would have liked fresh tee not stewed in a pot. swimming pool a bit small but very clean big towels given. But a big let down is food at the bar at was very expensive and poor quality not value for money. I had burger and chips the meat was reheated and bun dry ,My friend had fish finger in bread all over cooked and chips that had been salted way too much. and other day a tuna sandwich how can that go wrong? came with no tuna and cold chips but no salt that was sent back. Now if it was busy you could under stand, But we were only two there and there were two serving

Stayed at the Arden as visiting the NEC for a show. 15 minute easy walk. Great staff, reasonable tariff. Room clean and comfortable. Bar menu very limited, restaurant much better and prices very reasonable at both. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Can be a little noisy. Could hear movement in adjoining rooms, rooms above and in corridor. Didn’t bother me but mentioning it as it was noticeable. Also it is close to the airport so be prepared for aircraft noise too. To be fair you are choosing the hotel for location so to be expected. Overall would recommend
