I don't recommend this hotel unless you're on a very tight budget. The airconditioning didn't work but there was a good oscillating fan and the bonus was that the fan noise blocked out the traffic noise. The hot water service didn't work, all switches were turned on so it wasn't user error. The bathroom window has been screwed so that it remains permanently open and the bathroom door didn't close properly, so there were mosquitos in the room. The bed is as hard at the floor and I'm not too sure how clean the sheets etc were.

The gut that met me at the desk didn’t seem to know I was coming so not sure how effectively he manages his Agoda bookings. It was a very simple place and I don’t have a problem with simple and traditional but the room was not clean. I slept with someone else’s hair on the pillow and the Nha Van Sinh was still wet from the last usage. The aircon did not work and they had a sign on the wall that said after 3 hours you had to pay more money. The saving grace: there was a fan in the room as well and for the one night it serviced well. There were one or two coffee cafes and only one restaurant close within 15 minute walk and that was it. It was in the construction materials district. Also the beds are traditional hard thin mattress so I wouldn’t have stayed there more than the one night.

Just for a night sleep over nothing to complain
