I was happy with my room and the way the staff treated me as a guest. Lift is also great when you’ve been doing Olympic suitcase lift, push and pull on flat and steep inclines every day for a long period of time without any medals awarded. It’s a great, sometimes cost-effective option in Central London. My budget is limited though so you can probably check in for a week with no ducks given. If so enjoy.

Comfortable room included double bed, TV and private bathroom, situated in between Paddington and Lancaster Gate.

Comfortable and well located hotel, with a lift, ideal for accessing Paddington, Bayswater, Edgware Road & Central

Stayed at this hotel again and was very happy with everything. Staff are very helpful. Room was as described.

I just stayed one night as I was traveling for a business meeting in the next day. Pros: Staff was really nice/friendly, location is great so definitively a great deal price wise. Cons: You might hear some noise from other rooms, and in terms of cleanliness it okayish - I think they can do a better job at it without spending a lot more money. Just remove the dust more and clear the boiler which had something weird / sugar looking at the bottom of it. Thanks!
