• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 1. Guests are permitted one dog unless Host agrees in advance.

• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• The cabin is located inside Phillip's Sanctuary which hosts team building guests as well, usually on weekends and holidays there are a lot of guests in the area and in the main pool. There are 2 swimming pools available for your use, you can also use the lap pool instead.

• Guests understand that we will charge accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by pet/s presence or behavior.

• 8. Please bring your own pet bed or cage. The pet/s are not allowed on the guest beds or any of our furniture at any time. Evidence any pet soiling/damage on bed or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees.

• 3. The pet/s must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment.

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages / liquor is only allowed inside the cottages

• Rebooking with no penalty is allowed due to severe weather conditions. Rebooking with no severe weather conditions penalty is 20% of total booking cost.

• Lights off is at 12:00 mn. Lights on some areas will be turned

• Picking / uprooting and taking home of any plant or fruit is prohibited. Please connect

• We welcome you and your pet/s (we allow 1 pet per cabin) and hope you have a wonderful stay! We only allow 1 pet per cabin. Pet fee is P500.

• 4. Guests will always keep the dog on a leash outside the cottage.

• 2. The pet/s must be healthy and up to date with vaccines.

• Pool is open from 7 AM - 7 PM

• 7. Pet/s are not allowed to urine / defecate inside the cottage. Please do this outside and please dispose of their waste properly.

• 6. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all pet/s refuse, as well as cleaning pet/s before he/she comes indoors. Guests must bring their own towels for the pet/s.

• 5. Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the cottage.

• As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet/s or suffered by any person during Guests’ stay at our family estate.
