파크 호텔

Location, you can't miss it,it is not located to a complicated area.I drove and was worried driving in London can be stressful with roads restrictions. Staff are very welcoming. The room we stayed was clean and also the reception compared to other people reviewing. It seems like there's is a room of improvement about noises and its carpet may be old. The hotel owner will consider to do something about it.Apart from that park hotel is beautiful .

Great location next to valentines park. Ilford centre in one direction and gants hill in the other for a variety of food places. Kids could walk over and entertain themselves in the park. Room was large and clean but during the hot weather we could have used a fan or even if we could have opened windows at both ends of room for air flow.

My original room had issues and had to be checked into another room, my hotel reservation stated it includes breakfast but got any. I paid £100 as security deposit to be refunded when checking out only to be told that I can only be refunded between 5 to 30 days, I don't think this is a good practice.

If you have an understanding of what you can get in London for less than xxx a night (less than xxx in this case when I stayed - rates may vary) then this is very good value. I've certainly stayed in much worse places that cost a lot more. Room was small and basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Wifi was fast and stable. Walking distance to Ilford town centre and either Ilford or Gants Hill stations. Free car parking. Avoid the breakfast, though. Sounds like good value for xxx but while filling it was very bland.

The place is close to the bus stop and a bit of a walk to Ilford Elizabeth Line. The room can be cleaner.
