As soon as I entered the property, opposite my designated room, the bathroom was filthy, door wide open with numerous used/dirty towels on the side. The room I booked, there was fresh make up on one of the pillows, the bedsheets were soiled with dark prints, what could only resemble footprints, yes someone had clearly been trampling on the mattress. The side of the bed had dirty sludge marks. It was horrendous. The TV was completely useless, did not work. I could not believe what was happening, I called the landlord/the number provided. I was met with an EXTREMELY cold and rude response, she said that there is absolutely nothing she can do and the TV sound had not been working for ages. This is the worst experience I have ever had. On top of this, I was charged 3 times for this property and still have not been refunded for the first two payments. This is truly a tragedy

FILTHY RUDE DO NOT EVER BOOK
