Thank you for your welcome

I thought the hotel was pretty nice. The staff was very nice. They offered a hairdryer and a tea kettle and I asked them for one. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. They offered a breakfast but it wasn’t a hot breakfast so I would have preferred if they offered a hot breakfast and they charge £15 pounds per day for parking even if you’re only going to be there for a few hours which we thought was a little bit unfair but they said that it’s not their parking lot and it’s a third-party parking lot but other than that we had a nice enjoyable stay. I like the fact that there were was air-conditioning and also the possibility to open up a small window that has no view other than the parking lot. I will stay there again if I needed to.

It’s was pleasant stay at ibis budget, don’t accept so much for breakfast, clean room, well tidy, staff helpful, i think room is small, and hotel is 15 minutes walk from underground station, night time walking from station area not good,

There was someone in the lift from the staff, who got into the lift with a big toy and told us to take stairs. Extremely rude! The water went off in the bathroom and they didn't even notify anything beforehand. No intercoms in the room.

Nice place, clean and tasty breakfast
