HIG관리의 율리아 호텔

Yulia hotel feels very new--the staff is very attentive and active, the decorations are well done, everything is sparkling clean, the breakfast is complete, and the amenities like nice slippers, generous soap and shampoo,and smart TVs makes it all feel enjoyable.

Everything was fine except for 1 minor problem at the end of my stay. I needed to get to the airport so I consulted with the front desk staff to see what arrangements they had. I was told the price and agreed to it. I specifically asked if I could pay for this trip using my credit card and told that I could. This was 2 days before was scheduled to leave. The night before leaving I reconfirmed that I had a ride to the airport. On the day of my departure I was told I couldn't use my credit card and would have to pay cash. Because I had planned to use my credit card I had spent most of my cash. This necessitated a trip to the ATM. Also the car that I rode in did not have AC or maybe the driver didn't want to use it. The hotel dropped the ball in this case.

Fasilitas kamar di lantai 1 oke dgn harga yg dibayarkan. Tapi ada bau rokok masuk karena kamar lt. 1 dekat dgn area smoking room yg seringkali tidak ditutup oleh pengguna ruangan. Kebetulan sy sensitif dgn bau rokok. Saat request ke lt. 2, kamarnya lebih besar memang, tapi utk ke atas tidak ada lift. Di dlm kamarnya sendiri, AC tidak sedingin kamar bawah, dan tekanan air kurang. Sarapan standar. Staff ramah dan helpful. Overall, selama bbrp kali sy menginap disini, kualitas hotel sy lihat ada penurunan. Sayang, padahal fasilitasnya lumayan oke. Semoga bisa tetap konsisten.

The room was perfect and very pleasant, as shown in the photos. Warung and restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Very welcoming staff. Early check-in around 11am, very practical when coming back from the Togian Islands after a 13 hour ferry journey. Very fast Wifi.

Located in the heart of Gorontalo city. Hotel was clean, comfortable. Room was clean. Wifi ok. Breakfast didn't have many menu choices, and the taste was standard. But we enjoyed staying in this hotel based on the location and friendly and very helpful staff. This hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel because it doesn't have a swimming pool, gym and other facilities. But for us, we really enjoyed, and perhaps someday we can stay again in this hotel if we visit Gorontalo.
