• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• • We now offer an induction cooker and rice cooker for your convenience. A Php 100 fee will be collected for their use to cover electricity costs.

• • You’re welcome to dine upstairs in your space after preparing your meals.

• Our friendly caretakers are always available on the ground floor should you need assistance. Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay!

• ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

• Please review the following guidelines to ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone:

• 1. No Smoking Indoors: Kindly smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• 2. Lights & Aircon: Turn off air conditioning, fans, and lights when not in use or when leaving the room.

• 3. Kitchen Use: The kitchen is shared and also used by our caretakers. If you wish to use it, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate its availability.

• 4. Trash Disposal: Please use the bins provided. Let the caretaker know if they need to be emptied.

• 5. Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us if you expect any visitors.

• 6. Return Keys: Hand the keys to the caretaker or leave them in the designated drop-off spot upon checkout.

• 7. Final Walkthrough: Double-check that all your belongings are packed.

• 8. Property Guidelines:

• • All kitchen utensils, house décor, and property items must remain inside the house.

• • These are for shared use and must not be taken outside under any circumstances.
