The place is like a dormitory, it's nice and clean. The staff are also approachable. The only problem I had was the ventilation. It was so hot the whole time I was in the room since there was no air flowing inside nor a fan/airconditioner installed. The room is like for 20 people (or a bit more) so it gets hot when there's a lot of travelers inside.

This place started off great. It’s really close to where the Camino reaches the old town and it’s only a few mins walk from the nightlife and the man at the desk was friendly. But, there is no hand soap in the bathroom, no sink to hand wash clothes, nowhere to fill your own water bottle, and no way to prepare and eat your own food, unless you can do it with a microwave and your hands only. There is also no enforced noise curfew and no staff on site at night to help if you get the awful experience I did where there was a large group of teenage boys occupying the adjacent room. There is no floor to ceiling walls, so the incredible amount of noise they made from 11:30pm - 1am kept close to 100 other people (mostly pilgrims) awake and there was no one there to help.
