Good
PROS: Located at the city center. Just a few minutes from the Capitol and Sinking Bell Tower. There'a 7-Eleven beside it too. Parking space is spacious. The room we booked was surprisingly large for a couple room. CONS: They could have at least put table and chairs in the room (or a maybe a closet too).I booked for a large bed but they put us in a 2 small bed-room.

Old Yet Manageable
I believe La Elliana Hotel is one of the oldest hotel in laoag. What I love: 1. Good Location 2. Safe gated parking. 3. Spacious room. 4. Convinience store and restaurants nearby (walking distance just outside the hotel premise) 5. Elevator available. 6. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: 1. Old Air conditioning so it is very loud than the normal loud window type aircon. 2. Hard to adjust the Ac temperature. 3. Had to rearrange the bed because AC is directed to the beds. 4. Only free tiny soap. 5. Only one little table for a huge bedroom. 6. The Internet does not reached the room. We stayed at the 5th floor.
