My family(daughters 11-8-3) & I have been here for an extended period while trying to find housing after I was scammed by who I thought was a landlord for $4500. Anyway, the staff here has been unremarkable! They have truly been amazing to my babies & I. They always make sure we have what we need & are safe. Now , they did give me a hard time about my service animal who is barely 7 lbs, but as soon as I got my documents to them when I got home from work that day, they were okay with it. The property is always clean BESIDES THE ELEVATOR. It always smells like piss! Could be because it is right behind a lounge type place that sells food and drinks so I'm sure drunk ppl end up getting a room for the night here and there. Only other complaint is that they have 3 washers & 3 dryers, super cheap to use BUT ppl will leave their clothes in them for hours and hours so no one else gets use and I end up having to take my clothes to the laundry mat which is not convenient sometimes. The outside is okay sometimes because I will get a good deal from Agoda, but the hotel stopped doing the weekly rate which saved us long term ppl about *** a week, smh. So that was not a plus. They serve breakfast but it's just cereal bars, coffee and juice. Other then that, I have access to house keeping as much as I need, and they are very nice. They replace everything down to the shower curtain to avoid mold!! Beds are super comfy also! Great stay, we been here over a month and everything has been great other then the few small things I listed. Def recommend to anyone!

I write this review with 100% honesty! I came to this motel with my 3 babies(11-8-3) we just lost our home unexpectedly & had no where to do. I'm not gonna lie, after I checked in and was making my way to the room, I began to regret my decision, they were ppl hanging out and music was playing loudly on a Wednesday evening at 8:30pm. I got my babies in the room, door dashed them food, started baths and was getting ready to bed. By 9:30p, ALL WAS QUIET! not a peep! It was like everyone had the same bed time. I'm assuming that out of respect for those that get up early for work etc, that everyone quiets down. So that instantly changed my regret to ease. Everything from check in was amazing, staff was VERY FRIENDLY & nice. The room was clean, like sparkling clean. I'm OCD so I still wiped the toilet, sink, and scrubbed the tub out. But yes, it was completely clean. The room set up is also great, plenty storage, closet space. I absolutely love the light around the mirror. It lights up everything, & just honestly helped me wake up in the morning faster and brighter. The beds are so comfy, I never want to get out of them. They are soft and comfy. The blankets are clean and warm. The floors were even clean!! Again, the staff was so helpful, answered all questions, help me out with some BS with my van(it broke down as I was pulling into the parking lot) I was crying and feeling defeated and they assured me that it was okay and would not be towed until I could get my guy to tow it in the morning. I truly feel safe here, and so do my babies. I also LOVE LIVE LOVE the decor. I forgot to get pics when we first checked in for this review. But everything is amazing, I truly can't complain. Only thing I would change is, a lot of families are here for an extended time- a mini fridge is barely holding any food. So if I was the owner I would consider upgrading to the apartment size refrigerators. Just to make more families want to stay for an extended amount of time. There is also tons of food stores, and shopping stores around the motel. And it's right on the bus line!

Being homeless for the last two months has been the hardest thing I've ever dealt with. Not knowing if I would have a warm bed for my babies to lay their heads at night has been the hardest things I've ever dealt with. I chose this motel for a few reasons, the locations is near my daycare, kids school, & my job, the pricing wasn't too bad when we first got here, & it had what we needed like beds, microwave, fridge, etc. Also on the bus line. The staff has been amazing, & nice. Rooms are very clean, house keeping knocks daily to see if we need anything, I love how they also change the shower curtain to avoid mold etc. I've stayed at other motels that don't even clean the bathroom & only has index to clean with smh this motel actually has cleaning products. There are a ton of restaurants around us along with stores too. Here comes the cons, when we came here there was a weekly rate, it was VERY AFFORDABLE especially with someone going through what I'm going through & it worked with my pay cycle. I would pay biweekly with my pay cycle & would have enough funds left to pay childcare, food, personals, etc. But two weeks after being here "management" decided that they will no longer be doing the weekly rate even knowing there is MANY FAMILIES here that are suffering from homelessness. I understand it's a business, but them doing that has cause about 5 of those families to be displaced and in the cold. Another con, it's right behind a lounge/bar so we get tons of drunk ppl, and they love to just piss on the elevator, steps, in the ice rooms, laundry room, etc. So that's disgusting, they also say no smoking- but all you smell is weed when walking to your room. Nothing is ever done about it. But I guess it is what it is. We will have to move soon due to the pricing now, which is unfortunate with no transportation etc. But again I guess they look at us as $$ signs.

I was charged twice for the sane room the reservation was under *** the oder wasn't canceled then it was put under ***

There’s allegedly no smoking on the premises (in the rooms) but the room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke and I was sneezing the entire time as I do not smoke at all. It’s okay I guess for when you need a really cheap place to stay I ended up here because one of the sites messed up my reservation
