Budget Stay at Convenient Location
Pros: The location, the convenience, and the security. Cons: Mattresses are a bit too soft. No water filter or dispenser in the unit. The kettle is rather dirty. The kitchen is almost void of any utensils; there's not even a knife to cut fruits.

Great Accommodation
First Subang 4 Guest Studio Subang Jaya Courtyard is a great place to stay and gives you great bang for the price of the rental. The room is clean and spacious; the beds comfortable; a large dining table to work or eat at. It even has a washing machine for laundry; a small kitchen to make drinks and quick snacks. Below the apartment is a supermarket and food court of a variety of good food. Nearby, there is the local transit train to take the person to KL City centre. The only possibly drawback is for first time visitors to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this place may be a bit confusing to find in terms of its locality.

Good but can be better
First of all, the communication is so slow with the host. They contacted me with check in instructions very close to the check in time. The first thing I notice in the unit when I first entered was the smell. It smells like either cat piss or something wet and funky. But the other areas are all clean and okay.
