Worst management
No free car park provided for the unit which is fine. During my check in around 4.20pm which I waited about 20 minutes to get the access card which was still tolerable. I requested to have a reserved car park which cost RM 10 per night and I paid immediately to secure the lot. PIC by the name Mandy gave me a lot number to park and instructed me not to park at any other parking lot which will cause my car to be clamped for illegal parking. At 8.22pm when I got back from my shopping and dinner, I realized another car had parked in the designated lot. I called the PIC a few times but no answer and got a text from WA requesting me to text her as she was unable to take calls. She didn't response to me even after reading my text and I have to find my way out on where to park my car with the securities. Even until the next day when I check out, she didn't respond to me at all. Yes, the room is cheap but there is plenty of other choices out there rather than dealing with irresponsible owner/management team. Imagine you got back from your whole day of travelling/walking and needed a rest with young children to find out your reserved parking lot is not available.
