Pros: Easy check in using passcode. Cozy, spacious, clean, walking distance to nagoya hill mall ( west entrance ), convenience store, atm, bakery & foodie area. Sufficient Towel, tooth brush & iron also provided. Cons: Got stove but no pan & utensil if u want to heat up yr food. No free channel on tv. So better hv yr own netflix or other acct ready

I will just list down the pros and cons. In short a pretty disappointing experience, apart from the cheaper price there is plenty of other room available in formosa residence. Pros: 1. Excellent location 2. Cheap Cons: 1. No toilet paper available, I assume they never refill it 2. No toilet paper so I need to rely on the tissue paper in the living room, but the box is half empty, got less than 10 tissue paper in it. 3. Shower shampoo/liquid soap is empty as well, i assume again they did not refill it 4. Toilet bowl flush water pressure is weak, need to flush many times

A nice hotel in the center of Batam. For family of 4 ( 2 kids + parents), it is consider comfort. Even, can see Singapore from Swimming pool level

the room clearly look old because no makeover in the room other than bed, sofa and wardrobe. The cleanliness need a lot improvement because I saw babies cockroaches at the kitchen running around. The toilet honestly f***ing smelly and slippery at the corners floor and not strong fragrance provided. Iron box not heat enough to iron silky clothes also but hairdryer ok. TV ok. Quite and top high place.

Pros 1) Affordable 2) Strategic location Cons 1) Cleanliness issue - Floor in hall area was sticky, toilet floor was slimy (as if they did not do proper cleaning) 2) Unstable water pressure 3) Out of 4, only 3 towels were given I even was accused for stealing their towels which we did not. The towels were kept in the wardrobe, unused as we brought our own towels. Would I rent the room again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend you to rent? No. But you may rent it if you are on a tight budget and require a room in good location after considering all the cons above!
