I went for 12 hours staying in Capsule Hotel KLIA1 as waiting my flight departure to Sabah. The hotel Located at Level 5 - Departure Hall. Good experience for short nap, the capsule room was comfortable for solo stay, safe for woman also as I requested for woman area. Good air flow in cabin. Clean. Silence environment, but sometimes you will listen other person conversation at besides room. Good customer service from 1 young lady. They have lugagge locker which is free for hotel guest, and u can keep your lugagge there.. In term of facility, the toilet & prayer room must go nearest klia public washroom & surau which was 2mins walking. 7e and convenient store were infront of this hotel so when u h7ngry can easily grab some breads or drinks. I Would like to recommend & revisit this hotel in future. No need sleep on chair @ airport floor.

Convenient for Short Rest Before an Early Flight
Capsule Transit Sleep Lounge at KLIA is a good option for a short rest, especially if you have an early morning flight. It is convenient and suitable for a quick sleep before continuing your journey. However, there is no shared shower room or toilet inside the lounge. You will need to use the nearby public toilet, while the shower room is located on Level 4. Overall, it is still useful for short resting, but the facilities could be more convenient.

샤워실이 없는것은 아쉽지만 경유할때 잠깐 쉬기에 편안합니다.

The location is so strategic for us who have long transit hours since it is really near the departure place. The bed is also comfortable. One thing to improve: it will be so awesome if there is a toilet inside the Capsule, so we don't need to go outside for toilet.
