The check in is smooth. The Management also try very best to response every query on time. No issue. But seriously the unit they provide, need to look into the cleanliness of the place, the cleaner I think only come to change the mattress and sweep the floor only. For the floor, never mop and the kitchen table counter also. Same with the sofa, old and dirty. The fridge also is very stinky. Is time to do a deep clean. I have extend my stay last minute at other unit under same condo, is way way better. Hope better improvement in future.

The apartment management should inform the security staff about guests coming to check in when information already provided in messages before coming over. As security staff have to ask all the information all over again when driving in to check in. And designated carpark lot to guests caused very inconvenient to park at high level when lower level have lots to park. Hope the management would improve on the areas mentioned.

overall good experience, but kitchen kettle recommend to replace, after boiling water a strong plastics smell from the kettle. Room is big and spacious. Toilet water also very strong and hot enough. Parking provided, so no worry bout your parking space. However, the area is crowded during weekend, getting into the car park will be slightly jam.

We stayed there 4 days 3 nights. I have 4 kids and the apartment fits our family coveniently (2 rooms apartment) The pantry is complete with cooking appliances, we did some light cooking. However the fume hood was not functioning, after some light cooking the apartment appear fogging. We brought our own plates,etc as I asked the management about halal/ no pork rules they didn’t answer. It would be nice if the managent put extra plastic rubbish and sweep for tenant to maintain cleanliness. Toilet & rooms were clean. Some toiletries were provided like toothbrush set & body wash Overall, the stay was good value for money.

We got this place after leaving an apartment that we step foot in for 15 mins and had to get out. So this place was a saviour. We needed something clean and not rundown, love this one. Thankfully at the very last min we got what we wanted. We had to leave the other apartment because it’s so rundown. Filled with lizard poop and skeleton. This place has clean living space just wished it was a cleaner toilet but still manageable thank god. I would stay again with Stayrene truly!
