I'll start with the positives: the staff here are wonderful. They are consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. When I ran into trouble, they truly tried their best to assist, and their kindness is the only reason this isn't a two-star review. However, my stay was defined more by frustration than relaxation. A Struggle for Rest. The biggest issue is the hotel walls. The walls are not concrete, and they seem to offer no sound insulation at all. You can hear every single thing your neighbors do and say. Because of this, it was endlessly noisy, making it a real struggle to get any sleep each night. Dining and Dining Alternatives One evening, I tried the local Georgian food at the hotel, but unfortunately, it wasn't fresh and left me with a very upset stomach. To the hotel's credit, they were professional and removed the charge from my bill. However, this highlight's a bigger problem: it is very hard to eat anywhere else. *The hotel is not walking distrance from the ski resort in the snow. * Standard taxi services don't really operate in this area. * While there is a shuttle, it only runs at fixed times, and the driver was generally very aggressive which made the trip quite uncomfortable. The "Unavailable" Amenities If you are looking forward to the sauna after a day of skiing, you will likely be disappointed. * Their policy allows only one person at a time to book the sauna for an hour. In a hotel full of guests, it’s nearly impossible to ever get a slot. * On top of that, one of the saunas and the spa area were not working during my stay. For a ski hotel, having no reliable wellness facilities is a major letdown. Summary: While the staff's attitude is excellent, the combination of paper-thin walls, difficult transportation, and non-functional amenities made for a very tiring experience. It’s hard to enjoy the beauty of the area when you can’t sleep or move around easily.

There is no isolation of external sounds. You can hear everything outside of the hotel while sleeping. Its so noisy and can not sleep

A little bit away from the main skiing embarkation points , which are not in walking distance meaning taxis or the limited hotel shuttle is needed , bars and restaurants also needing the same transportation. Average breakfast buffet , could do with better coffee!

Hotel staff were welcoming , good hotel with great advantage it has a bidet toilet which is for me a great advantage, good breakfast but needs food variety and more vegetarian options. It needs gym as a facility since not much night activities here. Overall hotel was good and recommended.🌹
