This hotel is located at the top of a hill, overlooking the Edersee, making it a spectacular place to stay. The surroundings are very calm and peaceful. During our stay, all we could hear was the sound of wind and birds chirping. The complimentary sauna was the best part of the stay. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed. For the price they're charging per night, one would expect very good service but unfortunately that was not the case. We didn't get running hot water in the shower area, the controller was broken, when we informed the reception about this issue, they said it's a technical problem and is there in all the rooms apparently which we didn't quite understand why. The TV in the room was very old fashioned and doesn't have access to OTT/bluetooth/WiFi. But otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
