• Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics is strictly not permitted.

• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

• We are unable to offer Wi-Fi, however, mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.

• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.

• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

• Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

• POLICIES

• A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• This is a standalone property.

• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

• Alcohol is allowed in designated areas.

• Consumption and reheating of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• The villa is located in a secluded area which is comparatively further from markets.

• The solar-powered geysers and electricity backup have their limitations.

• This place is not accessible to those with wheelchairs.

• In case of a power failure, the 30 KVA generator will supply electricity for 8 hours and the 4 KVA inverter will support the fans and lights for 4 hours.

• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and dining area for security purposes.

• This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• The property is not pet friendly.
