While the location is convenient—with a restaurant right in front—and the staffs are accommodating, there were several issues that affected the overall experience: No heater and shower not working, which made it difficult to bathe comfortably. Low water pressure in the bathroom, especially from the bidet. We had to wait a long time just to fill a pail. The room feels quite old, with visible damage like pieces falling from the ceiling. Blankets and bedsheets were worn and outdated, and there weren’t enough pillows for a comfortable rest. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

루손 남부에서 중부 지역으로 이동중에 들렀던 도시 로페즈 루손의 남부와 중부를 잇는 요충지라는 느낌을 받았기에 로페즈 호텔들을 검색했는데 작은 시골동네 치고는 숙박비가 만만치 않아 고민이었다 그런데 이 호텔은 그나마 저렴해서 선택했던 숙소. 역시 뛰어난 가성비를 느낄수 있었다

We stayed for 2 nights and we were glad that we only had to stay for that 2 nights. Location: it depends on where you’re going. For us, it was convenient. Room: for our first night, our room was located at the very corner, it was terrible, there were some people who were smoking outside the room, and the water pressure was close to nothing. It would literally take you 3 hours to fill up the bucket. For our second night, due to the water pressure they moved us to a different room, the pressure is great compared to the first room. However, there was some stuff falling on the bed from the roof. We would clean it and after a few seconds, you can see it again on the bed. So we had to sleep on the very edge of the bed during our last night. It was not comfortable at all. Cleanliness: They could use some more maintenance. Staff: Their staff was amazing especially the security. He helped us when we were informing them about the water pressure. Overall stay: It was not comfortable for the whole stay. Wish they would do some more maintenance as the location is very convenient and the space they have is amazing.

Most rooms were very nice, except one room had rats. A karaoke bar on backside of hotel was very noisy and started back up at 5 am.

Looks like a family run business trying to maximize profits at the expense of hotel guest. Personally will never recomend. But if you want to experience other then a normal and smooth checkin. Then try yr luck.
