Grand Hotel and Studios

The room was spacious and comfortable for good rest. There were some issues regarding the door keys, but the staff were friendly and quick to fix the problems. For an accessible room, the bench where the fridge, kettle and microwave reside was really high and I could imagine others having difficulty using the appliances. There was no way for the window shades to be lifted to open the window properly. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, so water went everywhere, making the floor very wet and slippery. The showering bench, when flipped up did have some mould forming. The bathroom sink had hand sanitiser instead of soap next to it, meaning that we had to lean into the showering area and wet floor for soap. Overall, besides the minor inconveniences, it was a comfortable and restful stay.

The room was beautiful, clean and the staff were amazing and helpful. The shops were located right across the road but the area wasn't as good as I thought. There was many people traveling through the alley ways at all hours day and night. Apart from that, the staff and hotel was great and great price too! Also, many places to eat and nice park nearby to :)

I had a friend getting married at Kangy Angy gardens this was close, clean and value for money. Despite the twins no being joined as requested and a couple of minor maintenance issues bed was comfy, ac worked a treat, good quality sheets and towels. And the bar was beautifully renovated literally 3 mins from the train station. Value for money.

Great option for family

Staffs are helpful. A good stay, actually our 2nd time here. I love that it has all the basic things, like microwave, mini fridge and cutleries. Cutleries aren't the cleanest, just wash them before using. Hot rainshower is good, bed and pillows are comfortable. Has smart TV to entertain the little one. Close to food and supermarkets (and train station). We had dinner downstairs and food was good and generously sized. Will come back when we're in the area.
