Good little motor inn. Was there just for a bed as I had a function to go to next door. So in that essence convenient for me. But nothing nearby to walk to I.e convenience store or petrol station but that’s not what I was there for. Bed fine, shower fine. The lady at reception was so lovely and helpful. 5 stars for her customer service. I wish I got her name.

We love the location and staff at this accommodation but recently when we checked in we got approximately 30 mins of sleep all night. The bed was so small it should really be for a single person and not a couple who requested a large bed on their reservation. The bed was really hard. Worst sleep ever! PLEASE Browns Plains Motor Inn think of your guests. You have large rooms that can cater for bigger beds. It really ruins the guests experience if they get little to no sleep.😢

First impressions: amazing reception staff! Great communicators and always positive conversations with some jokes here and there. Banter is amazing. Room: spectacular! Truly clean! No foul odours or anything which is quite common for hotels/motels and it even includes a kitchenette which means I can cook meals. Daily service: most people know that when you stay in accomodation that if you need your towels changed, put it on the floor or hang it up if you intend to use it again. I normally hang my towel because I don’t mind using it again. Anyway, the staff change my towels daily and I’m so thankful - I also do the dishes in the room and they change my cloths and tea towels daily! How amazing is that? All the staff are polite and easy to talk to. Designated smokers area: this is the best idea ever! Never seen this at any accomodation in any country that I’ve been too but I love it. What I love the most is that the smell doesn’t waft through the rooms and windows of the accomodation because it’s placed in a perfect spot. If I could stay here for longer, I would! Should I need to travel in this area again, I’m only staying here. It’s affordable and the quality of the experience is beyond expectations.

It is good room For family and very helpul staff

I had a lovely stay at the Browns Plains Motor Inn. In fact, I stayed an extra night and enjoyed a late check-out. The owners, Stuart and Caroline, plus their staff, are very friendly, kind and helpful. Thanks for everything! Ruth
