This overpriced so-called boutique hotel with its collections of porcelain and “objets d’art” has been cheaply refurbished and is certainly not worth the price it charges, even if you get a good deal on an app. Cons There was no safe in the bedroom. The noise of voices in the small central lobby and the clatter of footsteps on the cheap thin nylon carpets on the stairs resound in the bedrooms with their thin wooden doors, often late at night when guests arrive back late or when there are receptions in the lobby and in the roof. If you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. WiFi can be poor in some rooms with their old thick walls. My bathroom had poorly patched plaster work and a leaky shower and the cheap thin nylon carpet was horrible to walk on. There were only three clothes wardrobe hangers which could not be removed. Pros My room was beautifully cleaned by a lovely local Turkish lady. The shower and a/c were powerful though water not very hot. The bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast is imaginative and delicious with a whole array of dishes brought to the table by really lovely warm friendly staff. Reception staff are reserved but helpful.

Declaraciones estilistas hacen de cada rincón de este hotel… prácticamente un museo, habitación espaciosa… y camas muy cómodas … desayuno muy copioso con productos naturales y servido en mesa ( NO BUFFET )…. Lo que nos molestó bastante es el exceso de ruido(…. Celebración de boda )… y el olor a comida que inundaba toda la habitación, por lo demás… sensacional…. ( olvidaba comentar que nuestra habitación no fue limpiada ni cambiaron toallas… las botellas de agua…. Fui yo a pedir las que correspondían

The location is very good, the hotel is not as same as their photos which make me disappointed. And the cafe on the roof top is very noisy in the night I don’t like it.

A woman at the front desk appeared to be unfamiliar with her responsibilities. Despite having booked our room with breakfast and having our reservation details from Agoda, we were unable to access breakfast. It felt as though we were being accused of trying to deceive them! After we firmly asserted our right to breakfast, she eventually conceded that we could have it, but it was already past breakfast hours. We chose not to eat, as our mood had soured. The service was terrible. Our room was also extremely noisy. The management approach does not align with the expectations of a hotel with such a long history. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A lovely hotel, friendly staff, and a design almost like something you’d find in an art gallery. Definitely come back! The only thing we did not like was the noisy party above our heads, on the hotel terrace (Friday night, perhaps).
