No streaming services and Less you cast your own app through the TV but then the Wi-Fi drops out every single second you can't watch it all. So dinosaur TV it was. there wasn't even a radio in the room. remotes batteries dead. Spiders, spiderwebs All along the ceiling. actual cockroaches. The fridge was rusted. There was no microwave, there was no utensils, there was not even salt and pepper for room service meals. Calling reception wasn't even a thing they just said that was too busy and hung up. There's meant to be daily housekeeping I stayed 2 night's and wasn't offered housekeeping during the second day although housekeeping was there to clean the room from 9am even though check out was at 10 a.m. she stood outside the door of the room for hr while I packed up that was uncomfortable. Bathroom floors are so slippery Nellie sleepover so many times there's inadequate floor mats for the size of the room and I was only provided two towels for two guests for a two night stay two tiny little towels that was it. There's no hand soap to wash your hands, no cloth to Wipe benches absolutely no amenities in the room whatsoever to be honest, no fans. And privacy that was a joke if you like privacy do not get these rooms literally there were like five men from all different rooms at what felt like outside my room until 10 o'clock at night from seven o'clock in the morning just chatting and talking and drinking and smoking and laughing very loudly, it was driving me crazy. it was like they were standing on the other side of my bedroom door. I had this superior spa room it cost me nearly *** dollars for two nights and I don't recommend it in any way. it was a joke really. the room didn't even have the fancy fly netting stuff they had on the bed in the photos.

This was a last-minute booking as we couldn’t get up the mountain due to storms. The room was clean and roomy. The restaurant was lovely. Food was great. The atmosphere was fun.
