We have stayed hear several times, the club facilities are great and the room cleanliness and facilities in room are very appropriate. The only comment on a negative note would be that the room we stayed in this time was close to where the delivery trucks come and unload and the rubbish bins are picked up from this causes early morning noise for those who enjoy to sleeping whilst on a holiday or travel break apart from this I have no negative comments and next time I would ask for a room that is away from where the deliveries and rubbish pick ups are made good staff great facilities in club and very comfortable

Room was tidy and spacious. Check in was quick and painless, so was check out. We were there on a Friday night and the motel is in the parking lot of the RSL. The music was quite loud and went on until around 10pm I think. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Hair on the floor, toilet bowl had poop under the rim. Needed a bit better clean from the last guests. Tv didn't work. Parking was difficult, RSL was busy and it took a while to find a free park away from our room. Still would recommend of you need a place to stay thats good value.

Compassionate management
I booked through an App & had accidentally booked only one night instead of two. We were advised an hour after checkout & as our room was booked to someone else advised a room could be found but we had to change rooms. Manager went to Reception to arrange, came back & she'd moved the incoming booking & matched app price for 2nd night so we were able to leave for the wedding we were there for. Much appreciated 💕

Nice stay in a good sized room with great facilities.
The room we had was basic, but relatively clean and quite spacious. There was an added bonus being so close to the RSL and membership provided (which gave discounts on food/drinks). Location was good with plenty of parking even though it wasn’t allocated.

My husband & I love to stay at the Galaxy & have enjoyed many visits there. We love the location it's so close to local shops & major shopping centres. We love being so close to the new club which provides all that we need for a night out. We have always found the rooms to be clean & the staff to be very friendly & helpful. We are looking forward to our next little getaway
