While the hotel is equipped with an elevator serving most floors, it’s important to note that the top-floor rooms are only accessible via stairs after reaching the highest elevator-served floor. Guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage may find this challenging. Despite the limited access to the top floor, the hotel’s excellent location and overall quality make it a great choice for most travelers. If stair access is a concern, consider requesting a room on a lower floor. Breakfast also excellent !

The location is facing to the station and bus stops. Very convenient, but some people may feel it is too noisy all day. Excellent lake and mountain views. Enjoy very much.

Average hotel in a good location. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great view of lake, but this is over a main road and the railway line. Good buffet breakfast, and meal in the restaurant was adequate.

*Amenities* The kettle seems like it has not been used for a long time as the heating element looks rather dusty. We had to boil a few times to get rid of the stains. The kettle’s heat up button wasn’t really working. We had to hold on to it the whole time to get the water boiling. *Lack of communication among the staff.* The second staff who served us in the morning was rather uncouth and rude. We were scolded for entering the wrong venue for breakfast when it was the first staff who told us the place. Then she asked how come no one told us. And when we told that it was the guy, she kept verifying if it was him. Lack of communication among the staff. *Food* Breakfast was so-so. Do not expect too much varieties.

*pretext* We stayed in this hotel for the previous night and we asked if it was the same room for 2 days and the reply was yes from the first staff from the first day. *lack of communication* When we returned to the hotel, we were stopped by the rude female staff from the first day on the way to the lift. The way she shouted at us when we entered the lift was very disrespectful. She then went on to reprimand us why didn’t we change our room for the 2nd night. She told us that we cannot stay in the same room and again she asked how come no one told us we need to change. And again… lack of communication between their staff. *intruding into privacy* Then she told us she has then moved our stuffs to the new room!!!! Where is the hotel guests privacy and rights!!! How can she just touch our items. She brought us to the new room and insisted that we checked if all the items were intact within one minute. Hello!!!! How to check the items in such a short time!!! This is insane and ridiculous. As usual, she was still very rude! *food* As usual, breakfast is the same spread.
